Privacy Policy

This End User License Agreement "EULA" is a legal agreement between you "User" and Only Social, Registered under the laws of California, with its principal place of business in Sacramento, California "Licensor", governing your use of the Only Social mobile application "App".

1. License Grant: a. Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on Licensee's mobile device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. b. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the App is licensed, not sold, to Licensee.

2. Restrictions: a. Licensee shall not sublicense, distribute, sell, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party. b. Licensee shall not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App. c. Licensee shall not use the App in any unlawful, harmful, or unethical manner.

3. Ownership: a. Licensor retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. b. Licensee acknowledges that the App is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.

4. Privacy: a. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the App may collect and use personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. b. Licensee consents to the collection, processing, and storage of personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Termination: a. This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated by Licensor. b. Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if Licensee breaches any provision of this EULA. c. Upon termination, Licensee shall cease all use of the App and delete it from Licensee's mobile device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty: a. The App is provided "as is" and Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's functionality, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. b. Licensor disclaims any and all liability arising out of or in connection with Licensee's use of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability: a. Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App. b. In no event shall Licensor's total liability exceed the amount paid by Licensee, if any, for the App.

8. Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

9. Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.

10. Amendments: This EULA may be amended or modified by Licensor at any time, and Licensee's continued use of the App after such amendments shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this EULA as of the date of Licensee's acceptance of the terms and conditions upon downloading the Only Social App.
