1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SOCIAL platform "Platform", you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions "Terms". If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform “Social” .
2. Registration
2.1. Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
2.2. Social as access to IP address information and will use if information used during the registration process is terminated or inaccurate.
2.3. Users must be at least 17 years old to create an account on SOCIAL.
2.4. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities under their account.
3. User Content
3.1. Users are solely responsible for the content they post on SOCIAL, including text, images, videos, and any other materials "User Content".
3.2. Users must not post or share User Content that violates any applicable laws, infringes upon the rights of others, or is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful.
3.3. SOCIAL is not and will not take responsibility for disputes between users.
3.4. SOCIAL is not responsible for content posted nor monitoring content that is posted.
3.5. SOCIAL will not be held liable for any counts of infringement, defamation, libel, slander, or any sort of discriminating posts towards others (user or not).
4. Privacy
4.1. SOCIAL collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
4.2. Users are responsible for their privacy settings and should adjust them according to their preferences.
4.3. Social has the right to hand over data to law enforcement if necessary.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1. Users must not engage in activities that disrupt the Platform, including hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.
5.2. Users must not impersonate others, engage in harassment, or violate the rights of other users.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Users retain ownership of their User Content, but grant SOCIAL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute User Content on the Platform.
6.2. Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others and should not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
7. Termination
7.1. SOCIAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at its discretion.
7.2. Users can terminate their accounts at any time, subject to the provisions of our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
8.1. SOCIAL is provided "as is," and we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, availability, or functionality of the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. SOCIAL and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
9.2. SOCIAL is not responsible for harassment, bullying, explicit content, Content viewed, or injuries related to the app.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California .
11. Changes to Terms
11.1. SOCIAL may update these Terms when needed. Users do not need to be notified of the change to terms and conditions.
